Why do we cry when somebody dies?
We cry because there sentiments attached to that person... why did the sentiments developed? Because there were certain good things in that person that we admired or he had done something for us that we were indebted to him..
We all are God's messenger on Earth.. God has imbibed certain good things in each of us.. and we are here to spread the same....
When does God calls back a soul???
The day we stop learning form a soul, start taking him for granted and make him useless for us, or
the day when the mission of influencing a certain fixed number of lives is achieved the soul is called back to the GOD...
We all are mortal, one day we all have to depart... But every life carries a certain message.. and is sent to Earth with a certain purpose...
All we can do is to make somebody's stay on Earth successful and give a meaning to it... And this is what we all should strive to do...
But how? Just by appreciating the good things he has/had but most importantly we need to make those good things a part of our own personality trait... And through our "ACTIONS" keep spreading the good message the person was doing...

This is for ppl who are not able to detach themselves from others.. and may be just to look at things from a different angle.. :)

WE are not God's "messengers"....WE are just humans.....imperfect, ignorant, self-indulged.....
We can give meaning to anything. Infact, we always try to give meaning to everything we experience, not matter how ridiculous it may sound. Thats how our brain functions. However, our understanding of things that surround us is limited by our knowledge and that my friend is truly limited.
Due to this lack of knowledge, the reality that we perceive is as such not real in a true sense. It is just an illusion interwoven with the threads of our experience and limited wisdom. So even if you give meaning to something, it is not the true meaning.
Never try to give meaning to other's lives.....for often you will fail but foremost it is their life not yours to give meaning to.....
And blah blah blah.....!!!!!
Btw, ye funde tumhe koi baba to nahi de diye.....AOL types....Ya Sai baba mode mein tum hi bana diye ye sab ???
I donot really agree with your messenger and mission theory.
It is good that you are of the opinion that we should help each other and make this a happy world, but there should be no end to spread the positive infulence and goodness in us. Yes, life has an end, but that is not for the reason that we become incapable of propogating happiness.
Infact it is the other way round, since one is no more physically existing in this world, so one does not get the opportunity to help others.
Talking about what i believe, a soul never dies, it just relocates itself from one body to another and so the mission is never over :-)
